Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location at checkout. We do not offer a flat shipping rate. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you place multiple orders with us we reserve the right to combine these orders at our discretion. When combining orders, we will not refund the shipping costs that have been paid. 

We only ship to valid shipping addresses (validated by the USPS or UPS). We have the right to cancel your order if an invalid shipping address was submitted. We are not liable if the customer cannot recover a package sent to an invalid address. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the appropriate shipping service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
